CAST Training is a specialist provider of high quality training, with extensive expertise in information, advice and guidance studies.

We are committed to the development of your organisation, whether you work in the learning and development sector, IAG field or deal with personnel as part of your role.

Our comprehensive range of short courses provides introductory skills in IAG and continuing professional development for frontline staff, advisers and guidance practitioners. Accredited courses include NOCN and NVQ programmes, delivered by qualified assessors and including embedded training days.

Additionally, we welcome enquiries from organisations or groups about the delivery of any of our courses on an “in-house” basis. We can also provide a bespoke programme to meet your organisation’s needs.

Career Coaching

CAST Career Coaches are qualified career guidance practitioners and offer a bespoke career management package.

This service is ideal for those wishing to achieve career progression or change career direction, and for those facing redundancy. We offer a range of services that are tailored to your individual needs in order to provide a solid foundation for career planning and progression.

You will receive support from a Career Coach, who will help you make a balanced assessment of your current situation, make realistic decisions about the goals you wish to achieve, then draw up an action plan that will help you fulfil your objectives.
